Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy
At Asankh by Harpreet, we curate high-quality jewelry, bags, keychains, and stationery. Due to the intimate and hygiene-sensitive nature of jewelry and accessories, we enforce a strict No Returns and No Refunds policy once an order is successfully delivered.
Please read the details of our policy below before placing your order.
1. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items Received
We take utmost care in packaging your orders safely. However, in the rare event that your product arrives damaged during transit, has a manufacturing defect, or is the wrong item, we will happily provide a free replacement.
To qualify for a replacement, you must comply with our Unboxing Video Mandate:
- The Mandate: You must record a single, continuous, unedited video of the package opening from start to finish. The video must clearly show the shipping label with your address, the sealed condition of the outer courier bag before opening, and the immediate unveiling of the defective product.
- Timeline: This unboxing video must be shared with our support team via email at khalsa.birpalsingh@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +91-7973112746 within 48 hours of the delivery time recorded by our courier partner.
- No Video, No Replacement: Due to courier guidelines and transit insurance policies, we absolutely cannot process any damage or shortage claims without a valid, unedited unboxing video.
2. Eligibility for Replacement
Once our team verifies your unboxing video, we will ship a fresh replacement of the same product to you at no additional cost. If the product is out of stock, we will issue a store credit coupon of the same value or offer an alternative product of your choice.
3. Cancellations
- Before Dispatch: You can request an order cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order, provided the shipment has not already been handed over to our courier partner. Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp to request a cancellation.
- After Dispatch: Once an order has been shipped and a tracking ID has been generated, we cannot accept any cancellations or stop the package in transit.
4. Undelivered or Returned to Origin (RTO) Shipments
If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address, missing phone number, or because the recipient was unavailable after multiple delivery attempts by the courier partner:
- Prepaid Orders: The package will be returned to our warehouse. We can re-ship the package to you, but a secondary shipping fee of ₹60 will be applicable to cover the courier cost.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Any customer who repeatedly refuses to accept a verified COD order upon delivery will have their COD privileges permanently blacklisted from our store for future purchases.
